2. Terms of Sale
Placing an Order
When you order through aussieglow.com.au, you agree to these terms. All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
Payments
We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. All payments are securely processed — we don’t store your card details.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days within Australia. You’ll receive tracking info once your order is dispatched.
Entered the wrong address? Missed delivery? You may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
Returns & Refunds
Not in love with your purchase? You can return unused products within 60 days. Return shipping is covered only if the item is faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items
Received a damaged or incorrect item? Email us a photo and we’ll refund or replace it — your choice.
Promo Codes & Discounts
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and can’t be added later. One code per order. Some offers have expiry dates or minimum spend thresholds.
Stock Availability
If a product is out of stock after you’ve placed an order, we’ll notify you and either refund the amount or suggest a similar alternative.
